General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 711bet ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of all services offered through the 711bet website, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, crash games, and all associated promotional and financial services.

By creating a 711bet account, accessing any part of the platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a promotional offer, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the 711bet platform.

711bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or on-platform notice. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

711bet operates as an online entertainment platform. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. 711bet does not warrant that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction and expressly disclaims responsibility for any player who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is restricted or prohibited.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through 711bet's support channels will be subject to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in the relevant section of this document.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 711bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 711bet is strictly an adult-only platform. Players aged under 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be under any legal disability that prevents you from doing so.
• Single account: You may hold only one active 711bet account at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure.
• Accurate information: All personal details provided during registration (name, date of birth, contact number, email address, and payment details) must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 711bet, its affiliates, its technology providers, or its game suppliers.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion arrangement currently in effect on your 711bet account or on any affiliated platform.

711bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo ID, proof of address (dated within three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory identity confirmation.

Account registration on 711bet is available to players located in Bangladesh and certain other jurisdictions where access to online betting platforms is not expressly prohibited. It remains the player's sole responsibility to verify their legal right to use the platform in their jurisdiction before registering.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on 711bet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 711bet does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though individual payment providers (such as bKash or your bank) may apply their own charges independently of 711bet.

Accepted deposit methods on 711bet currently include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer from supported Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The list of accepted methods may be updated from time to time; the current list is always displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

Deposits are credited to your 711bet account balance in real time in most cases. In rare instances where a deposit is delayed due to network or payment-processor issues, the deposit will be credited within 30 minutes. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. This requirement exists to prevent financial crime and money laundering. 711bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above standard thresholds.

711bet does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All funds deposited must belong to the registered account holder. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the account flagged for review. Players may not use 711bet accounts as a conduit for transferring money between third parties.

• Minimum withdrawal: As displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to account tier and verification status; details available in your account dashboard.
• Inactive account fees: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive and a monthly maintenance fee may apply as outlined in the account terms displayed at registration.

Bonuses and Promotions

711bet offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions aligned with Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar (BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, ICC tournaments, and others). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus policy set out here.

Wagering requirements: All bonuses credited to a 711bet account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before a withdrawal can be requested. Bets placed on certain game types (e.g., live sports with very short odds) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements — the contribution schedule is published with each promotion.

• Eligibility: Each promotion specifies which player groups are eligible. New player bonuses are generally available once per household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance automatically.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories (e.g., slots only, or cricket betting only). Playing ineligible games while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• Withdrawal before wagering completion: If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements have been met, 711bet reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings attributable to bonus funds from the withdrawal amount.
• Abuse prevention: 711bet monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with bonus abuse. Accounts found to be exploiting promotional terms — including the use of minimal-risk betting strategies to complete wagering requirements — may have bonuses cancelled and may be excluded from future promotions.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on 711bet are governed by the product-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform (sports betting rules, casino game rules, lottery terms, etc.), which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules will take precedence for matters relating directly to that product.

Sports betting: Bets placed on 711bet's sportsbook are final once confirmed. A bet confirmation notification is sent to the player's account upon successful placement. 711bet reserves the right to void bets placed on events where an error in the published odds is identified, where the event was already in progress at the time of placement without this being clearly indicated, or where irregular betting patterns are detected that suggest the integrity of the event may be compromised.

Live in-play betting: Odds for in-play markets update in real time and are subject to change between the time a bet is initiated and the time it is confirmed. If the odds on a selection change materially between bet initiation and confirmation, 711bet will notify the player and offer the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet. Players are solely responsible for the accuracy of their bet selections at the time of placement.

Casino and slots: All casino games on 711bet use software from certified providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently tested and audited for fairness. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by 711bet, by the game provider, or by any player action other than those explicitly permitted within the game rules.

Lottery: Lottery draws on 711bet are conducted at the scheduled times published in the lottery section of the platform. Results are final and not subject to appeal except in cases of verified technical error in the draw process. Prize claims must be made within the period specified in the lottery product terms.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products and are displayed at the time of placing a bet or making a game stake.
• Payout caps may apply to certain events or bet types. Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per account are published in the sportsbook rules section.
• Void bets have all staked funds returned to the player's account balance. Void bets do not count toward any accumulator or combination bet combination.
• Abandoned events: Bets on events that are officially abandoned before completion will be settled according to the applicable sport rules, which are published in the sportsbook section.

Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

711bet maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform, harms other players, facilitates financial crime, or violates applicable law. The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials; chargeback fraud; falsifying identity documents; impersonating another person.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same identity or different identities, with the same device, IP address, or payment method.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player product.
• Automated betting systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the platform outside of normal manual user activity.
• Arbitrage and matched betting abuse: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies or bonus offers in a manner that constitutes abuse of the platform's commercial terms rather than genuine recreational betting.
• Software exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• Money laundering: Using 711bet accounts to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime scheme.
• Threatening behaviour: Harassing, threatening, or abusing 711bet staff or other players through any communication channel.

Where 711bet has reasonable grounds to suspect that any of the above activities are occurring, the platform reserves the right to suspend account access, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct a full investigation before taking any further action. Players under investigation will be notified where legally permissible. Investigations will be concluded within a reasonable timeframe. 711bet will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in relation to any criminal activity identified on the platform.

Account Closure and Termination

Players may close their 711bet account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

If you wish to close your account as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming measure, please specifically request a self-exclusion closure rather than a standard account closure. Self-exclusion closures are processed with additional safeguards and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. 711bet reserves the right to close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and all dormancy notification requirements have been fulfilled.
• Continued operation of the account represents a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to 711bet.
• A player's jurisdiction has introduced new laws or regulations that prohibit 711bet from serving that player.

Upon closure initiated by 711bet for a breach of Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after the investigation period concludes and subject to deduction of any amounts owed to 711bet. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are forfeited upon closure for breach of Terms.

Limitation of Liability

711bet provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability, security, and uptime, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 711bet's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the player's use of the platform, or any individual bet, game outcome, or transaction shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

711bet shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect or consequential losses, or any losses attributable to a player's gambling decisions, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or were brought to 711bet's attention. Gambling involves inherent financial risk, and players accept that risk by choosing to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 711bet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights that players may have under the laws of their jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.
